Deep cleans are more thorough and extensive than a standard clean. You won't want them often. However, if this is your first professional clean in a while, then once every six months is highly recommended.
The best thing you can do to make it easy for your cleaners to prepare for their visit with you is to reduce as much clutter, items and debris as possible so they can have full access to the floors and surfaces they need to clean. We recommend children and pets to be secured from potential hazards like vacuum cords and cleaning products. This ensures a safe environment and allows our cleaners to deliver their best quality work. For more details on other ways to prepare, reach out with questions!
Yes, we are! But we highly encourage that your furry companions are stashed away in a safe place during the cleaning so that they don’t accidentally come into contact with any hazards like slippery floors, cables and cleaning products. However, if your pets are keeping our cleaners company while they’re busy making your space shine, please let us know if they are prone to escaping or need to be put in a room while bringing equipment in and out.
We understand that situations may change and we aim to make it easy for you to reschedule or cancel with us. We simply ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to make any changes to your upcoming appointment so that we can ensure that a cancellation or rescheduling fee of $50 can be waived when you decide to do so. Additionally, if you either cancel your appointment on the same day as your appointment, we can’t gain access to your home, or there is no water/electricity or there is an active rodent/insect infestation please keep in mind that you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost.
Accidents happen, but you get a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the cleaners miss something that should’ve been included in our services, they’ll go back out to fix it and make it right. Please note that this guarantee is applicable only when you are available for a post-cleaning walk-through with our skilled cleaner. Your presence ensures that we can promptly address any concerns on the spot and deliver the highest level of satisfaction so we can meet and exceed your expectations! If you are unsatisfied with your service and you have already completed an in-person walk-through, please let us know within 24 hours and we will send a cleaner back to handle any issue at no additional cost to you.
